On Call Technical Support
Not sure whether your facilitaors or callers will need help during a given scheduled lesson, call or training session? Well we have a dedicated team member on stand-by incase of an online emergency.
If nothing goes wrong, you only pay the stand-by fee and in the instance of a technical call, we will charge pro rata with no minimum hourly. So you can rest assured that someone will be there even when your own offices or technical departments are closed.

Pre-Session Technical Setup
In most instances the greatest need for technical help - in our experience arises in the 30 minutes prior to the actual commencement of an online seminar, training session, class or conference. This is because participants and facilitators gradually arrive and may be in need of technical advice or support due to firewalls, audio equipment difficulties or other scripting language issues which underpin virtual learning platforms. We can have one of our team be there 30 minutes prior to the start of the session so they will take care of all the setup difficulties, leaving the facilitators and participants to get on with the important stuff.
